Angela is known for her love and care for people, motivation and listening skills.

In her early 20s, she was introduced to spiritual healing by a friend and  became fascinated about the world of energy healing and Life Force Energy.

Her Energy Healing journey started with a distance Reiki session during the pandemic, when she was looking to find inner peace, focus and strength to resign from her corporate job. She was fascinated with the experience and not only that she got all the answers she was looking for, but this motivated her to help others find the balance and harmony within themselves.

SELFA offers you a holistic approach to wellbeing. You will be welcomed in a dedicated Therapy Room, a safe place where the smell of the holly wood, burned incense and crystals will help you relax and allow Reiki to bring to light areas of improvement, health issues, emotional triggers, people and places with a big influence in your life.
