How does it work? 

​

This service applies to those who are not available for a longer session and they like to just know about their energy level according to chakras. It will be a short session and it takes place in the comfort of your home, over distance. Once I have identified the levels of energy, you will be sent an email with the results and a general guidance to how you can improve your overall wellbeing.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of energy work which works on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels by balancing the natural life force energy within the body. Reiki can help minimise our response to stress, aid relaxation and find inner peace and clarity.

After the Reiki session, we continue with a conversation about your personal , emotional and spiritual growth. 

​

During the sessions over distance, we have the same results as Reiki is not bound by space or time.
